Soft and Sacred Community

A monthly subscription-based, intuitive, guided space for women who want to reconnect with themselves, explore non-religious, nature-centered spirituality, and redefine womanhood on their own terms after leaving religion. 🪽

All in a safe-feeling, meet-you-where-you-are, beginner friendly community, gently guided by me (Hi-I'm Erika 🫶🏼).

Our community includes:

• A self-paced, growing library of supportive guides, audio journals, and group gathering replays. Recorded on my phone in my home while my kids nap, as I process and alchemize my experiences (and share them with you ❤️) after leaving the LDS church 7-8 years ago-all in hopes of encouraging you to connect more deeply to your own experiences and perspectives post religion. 
• Sacred-feeling monthly group practices where the rubber meets the road, and we tangibly put topics + themes into practice in our everyday lives and share with/celebrate each other. We're in this together!!
• A dedicated community feed where we can each share our experiences, express our feelings/perspectives, ask questions, and celebrate ourselves and each other whenever the inspiration hits. 
• DM support in your own journey - where I'll check in periodically + get to know you personally, hear your story, and offer encouragement and support. Feel free to DM each other + grow friendships there as well!
• Cozy online group gatherings where we all hop on zoom, in cozy clothes (maybe a glass of wine in hand?), connect over our shared experiences, dive deeper into supportive topics, and ask each other questions in real time. This is our girls' time-no topic is off limits. 

Our community, Soft and Sacred, is an invitation to sit together in a circle of women who get it and are all on similar journeys. Together we're discovering, tangibly practicing, and celebrating our own authentic versions of personal spirituality.

This is a "stay as long as you'd like, leave/come back whenever suits you" type of community, and we'd love to have you in our circle.
